Customer Service Associate (Full-Time)
We're looking for a friendly, animal-loving customer service associate to be the welcoming face of our grooming shop!
What you'll do:

Greet clients and their pets, checking them in/out for appointments

Answer phone calls, emails, and messages professionally and warmly

Schedule and manage grooming appointments

Handle payments and basic point-of-sale tasks

Address client questions or concerns with patience and care
-
Help keep the front desk and waiting area clean and welcoming

Assist groomers with light pet handling as needed (leashing, calming nervous pets, etc.)
What we're looking for:

Excellent verbal communication skills — comfortable talking with a wide range of people

Genuine love for animals and comfort being around dogs/cats of all sizes and temperaments

Friendly, patient, and calm under pressure

Strong organizational skills (juggling a schedule, phones, and walk-ins)

Reliable and punctual

Prior customer service or retail experience a plus
Pet Transport Driver (Independent Contractor)
We're looking for a responsible, animal-loving independent driver with their own vehicle to safely transport pets between clients' homes and our grooming shop on a contract basis.
What you'll do:

Pick up pets from clients' homes and bring them to the shop for grooming appointments

Safely secure pets during transport (in travel crates)

Return pets home after grooming is complete

Communicate with clients about pickup/drop-off times and any delays

Handle pets calmly and confidently, including nervous or anxious animals

Keep your vehicle clean, sanitized, and pet-safe between trips

Follow a daily pickup/drop-off schedule and plan your route efficiently
Requirements:

Must own a reliable vehicle suitable for pet transport (clean, well-maintained, adequate space for crates/carriers)

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Valid vehicle insurance and registration

Comfortable handling dogs/cats of all sizes and temperaments

Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious

Good communication skills for coordinating with clients and shop staff

Ability to lift/carry pets and pet carriers as needed
