Appointment Timings

• Please choose any timeslot available except 12 noon (cos groomers need to eat lunch to have energy for grooming)

• If you need to reschedule, you can do so online or drop us a text on WhatsApp

Grooming Duration

• Dogs

  • Full Grooming​

    • Small/Med Dog: 2 to 3hrs​

    • Large/XL Dog: 2.5 to 4hrs

  • Basic Grooming

    • Small/Med Dog: 1 to 1.5hrs​

    • Large/XL Dog: 1.5 to 2.5hrs

• Cats & Rabbits

  • Full Grooming​

    • with Dry Bath: Abt 2hrs​

    • with Wet Shower: Abt 3hrs

  • Basic Grooming

    • with Dry Bath: Abt 1hr​

    • with Wet Shower: Abt 2hrs​

**Timings given above are on an average basis, please check with your groomer (when you drop off your pet) what time your pet will be ready​

Closing Time

• Mon, Wed to Sat: 6.30pm

• Sun: 4.30pm

*Pls pick up your pet before closing time to avoid any after-hours surcharge

Note: We'll text you on WhatsApp if there is a need to change appointment time/date, otherwise Bookings will be confirmed via Email

Pick Up: 9am to 12pm

Send Back: 4pm to 7pm

• We need your help to meet driver at the carpark/loading bay as we cant leave other pets in the van unattended

• **Not Available on Sundays

• Select any timeslot when you make the Online Booking

• If you need to reschedule, please drop us a text on WhatsApp as soon as possible
